About the job

We are an established and warmly managed interdisciplinary group medical practice with a well-coordinated and family-like team, where the well-being of patients and the appreciation and good cooperation within the practice team are central. We offer our patients general practitioner medicine (General Internal Medicine), Gynaecology & Obstetrics, and Surgery (small scope) in the centre of Laufen.

From 1 November 2026, we are looking for a motivated, organised, and reliable MPA to complement our team and be a compassionate contact person for our patients.

Note: This position is planned as temporary but offers the option of a permanent position if there is mutual interest.

Main tasks

• Practice organisation & administration: Warm reception of our patients. Professional and efficient appointment management, telephone triage, and reliable handling of correspondence.
• Laboratory & basic diagnostics: Precise execution of blood sampling, laboratory analyses (on-site laboratory), and ECG.
• Medication management: Reliable and independent preparation and administration of injections/infusions as well as management of the practice pharmacy.

Requirements

• Training: Completed training as an MPA (EFZ) or an equivalent qualification (e.g. certified medical secretary with solid laboratory and private care experience, MPA without EFZ, or similar).
• Software: Experience with amétiq siMed is an advantage, but not essential.
• Experience: Knowledge in general practitioner medicine and/or gynaecology is advantageous.
• Personality: Empathetic, patient-oriented, reliable, and resilient. Enjoyment of teamwork.
