Junior Property Manager: Commercial Properties 100% in Zurich

To strengthen our company, which primarily manages properties from the Pensimo Group, we are looking for a Junior Property Manager 100% for the Commercial Properties department immediately or by arrangement. If you already have at least 1 year of experience as a Junior Property Manager and a completed professional certificate, a role as a Property Manager without administrative duties is also possible.

As a Junior Property Manager, you will manage a simple portfolio in the Zurich region, with support from the team management if needed. You are responsible for the timely re-letting of terminated rental units and the preservation of the property's value, thereby initiating necessary maintenance measures within the budget.

Your Responsibilities

• You develop and maintain market rents
• You coordinate the maintenance and renovations of the portfolio assigned to you within the budget (including obtaining quotes, preparing credit applications, as well as telephone and written contact with craftsmen)
• You accompany properties during a renovation phase
• You prepare and implement rent adjustments
• You examine and handle damage cases
• You maintain personal and written contact with tenants, owners, craftsmen, and authorities
• You represent the owner before judicial authorities
• You prepare reports according to internal and external requirements
• You check property accounts and assist in the preparation and verification of heating and ancillary cost statements
• You prepare property budgets and are responsible for their compliance
• Participation in projects is possible upon request

For These Tasks You Bring

• You have completed vocational training in the commercial field
• You have two to three years of professional experience in property management and are already working as a Junior Property Manager
• You are pursuing or willing to pursue further training to become a Property Manager with a federal professional certificate
• You present yourself confidently and have good manners
• You work independently and possess coordination skills as well as a high sense of responsibility
• Your German language skills are at native level
• Good IT skills (GREM, M365) and a driving licence complete your profile
