REFERENCE NURSE at 70% - 80% on a 6-month fixed-term contract

Mission

After a period of integration and specific training on the diversity of situations and the population of the CMS, you will be autonomous in managing nursing care.

By favouring a holistic approach to the person, you will ensure prevention and health promotion for our beneficiaries and their families.

Accompanied by an expert multidisciplinary team, you will perform medical-technical care and guarantee the smooth running of their delegation by ensuring follow-up of our beneficiaries through the computerised updating of their files and actively participating in case conferences and meetings.

As a reference nurse, you will be a resource person within the team, coordinating interventions around the beneficiary and supporting the quality and continuity of care and the adaptation of services according to new knowledge.

Profile

• General nursing diploma, level 2 or HES.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience desired, ideally in psycho-geriatric care or in the community health sector. Motivated recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong skills in technical care and ability to perform a comprehensive clinical assessment. Experience in mental health is an asset.
• Ability to work autonomously, with good clinical judgement and a strong decision-making capacity.
• Sense of responsibility and professional ethics.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a network and multidisciplinary setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills, communication and negotiation.
• Proactivity, responsiveness and solution orientation.
• Versatility, flexibility and adaptability.
• Comfortable with IT tools (patient file management, care planning, quality indicator monitoring).
• Driving licence and vehicle essential.
• For foreign diplomas, Red Cross recognition is required or in process.
