Project Manager Architecture (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF110,000 - 115,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced individual for the project management of architecture and the conceptual development of demanding construction projects. You will be responsible for projects especially in the planning phases according to SIA 102, lead internal planning teams and coordinate external specialist planners as well as other project participants. In doing so, you ensure quality, costs, contract fulfilment and approval capability of the projects. The position offers a high degree of creative freedom and combines architectural conception with professional project planning management.
Responsibilities:
Conceptual development and handling of demanding architecture and construction projects in the planning phase
Independent project management according to SIA 102 with a focus on preliminary design, construction design and approval procedures
Technical leadership and coordination of internal project and planning teams
Management and coordination of collaboration with specialist planners, authorities, clients and external project participants
Ensuring high-quality and economical project processing taking into account costs, deadlines and planning quality
Monitoring the contractually agreed planning services and ensuring contract fulfilment
Review and assurance of building law approval capability as well as support of approval procedures
Responsibility for the planning interfaces between architecture and specialist planning
Ensuring a structured handover of planning bases to the subsequent SIA phases
Creation, coordination and quality assurance of planning documents and CAD/BIM models with Archicad
Support in project controlling, decision-making bases and planning documentation
Qualifications:
Completed architecture degree FH/ETH or equivalent university degree
Several years of professional experience in project management architecture and independent leadership of construction projects
Sound knowledge of the service phases and regulations according to SIA 102
Experience in project planning management, approval procedures and Swiss building law
Good user knowledge of Archicad as well as experience with digital planning processes
Knowledge in cost, schedule and quality control of architectural projects
Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
