Your tasks

• Deputising for the Head of Quality and Process Management
• Participation in the further development of the integrated process, quality and risk management system
• Planning, leading and accompanying quality and process optimisation projects
• Supporting clinics, institutes and directorates in the analysis, optimisation and standardisation of processes
• Further development of clinical and company-wide risk management
• Conducting risk workshops and monitoring measures to reduce risks
• Planning, conducting and follow-up of audits, certifications, inspections
• Development and monitoring of quality indicators as well as preparation of reports and presentations for various management levels
• Feedback management
• Promoting a sustainable quality and safety culture throughout the company
• Close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders

Your profile

• University degree in healthcare
• Further training in quality, process and/or risk management is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in quality, process or risk management, preferably in healthcare
• Experience in leading projects and interdisciplinary working groups
• Analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication and consulting skills
• High social competence, persuasiveness and assertiveness
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
