Are you interested in working strategically as well as operationally and leading a small team? Do you value an international focus combined with Swissness in a dynamic environment?

What you can expect:

• Responsibility for the entire HR strategy, operational management of the Swiss team (6 employees), and professional oversight of international HR functions
• Shaping the corporate culture and the entire employee lifecycle with current focus topics in training and talent management, HR
• digitalization, and managing complex change management processes
• Serving as a strategic sparring partner for the Executive Board and the Board of Directors
• Ensuring compliance in HR matters and competently representing the company in employment law matters

What you bring along:

• At least five years of experience in an HR management role in Switzerland in a similar environment (services, hospitality, tourism, retail)
• Successfully implemented (international) strategic transformations
• University degree with advanced training in HRM
• Confident interaction at the executive and board levels, fluent in German and English, and strong leadership skills
• Enthusiasm for strategic topics combined with a strong operational focus and a hands-on approach
