Welcome Manager (m/f/d) with Basic Advisory
What can you expect?
- You welcome and assist our customers in the customer zone and are the first point of contact at the Welcome Desk.
- You support our customers with questions about daily banking transactions and advise them on our basic products.
- You actively approach customers and interested parties, recognise their needs, and refer them to the responsible advisors.
- You handle enquiries from various channels such as email, e-banking, and website.
- You assist with account and relationship openings as well as other administrative tasks.
- You have the opportunity to gradually develop towards an advisory role. We are happy to accompany you on this path.
What do you bring with you?
- You have a banking education and have already gained initial experience in direct customer contact.
- Motivated career changers with a commercial basic education are also welcome. If you are interested in the financial and banking world and enjoy learning new things, you will find the ideal entry with us.
