Your Place of Work

You will look after the German-speaking and Western Switzerland regions from Jura to Valais equally – independently from the home office with a high proportion of fieldwork close to your customers. Ideally, your place of residence is in the Greater Bern area.

Your Role

We will prepare you for the start: In a structured induction, you will take over an existing customer network with strong references and develop it into your own. You will recognise what your customers really need, provide solution-oriented advice, and confidently manage the sales process through to completion. Short distances, open doors, and a strong team behind you will free you up for what matters: your customers.

Your Tasks

• You advise on an equal footing, identify potential, and develop coordinated sales strategies.
• You conduct sales talks, negotiate contracts, and are responsible for your budget.
• You work closely with our product and service managers.
• You look after and develop your customer base in the fire department division.
• You prepare customised offers. These are created in close collaboration with Commercial Management.

Your Profile

• Active firefighter, ideally as an officer or instructor – breathing apparatus know-how is a plus.
• Technical basic training, ideally supplemented by further education (e.g. technical merchant, sales specialist, etc.).
• Several years of field sales experience are preferred.
• Entrepreneurial, independent personality with negotiation skills and a sense of responsibility.
• Fluent German and French (bilingual) are mandatory requirements.
• English skills are an advantage.
• Category B driving licence and willingness for special assignments.
