• You are jointly responsible in a co-leadership role for the pedagogical, personnel, and organizational management of the school operational unit with 6 kindergartens and 20 primary school classes. You receive administrative support from a school administrator.
• You lead and accompany the team at the Geissenstein school building with around 25 teachers.
• You are the contact person for students, teachers, guardians, and other stakeholders of the school operational unit.
• You further develop the Geissenstein/Hubelmatt school operational unit.
• Together with the nearly thirty school leaders of the public school, you are committed to the overall school development in the city of Lucerne.

• You have a basic pedagogical education or school leadership training and bring leadership experience.
• You enjoy working in a team and have a cooperative leadership understanding.
• You consciously engage with current school topics and can represent your opinion on them.
• You negotiate viable solutions and implement decisions.
• You try out new things and continuously develop ideas further.
• You are used to dealing intensively with individual issues and projects in smaller or larger groups.
