The Casavita Foundation has been caring for elderly people for over 35 years. In our four homes in Basel, 240 residents have a place to call home. In addition, we rent apartments with individual service offerings.

Ward Manager 80-100%
Your area of responsibilityYou will take on the personnel and professional leadership of the nursing team and the organisation of the ward. You support personnel planning and ensure service- and resident-oriented care and support. In addition, you actively participate in nursing and are an important contact for residents, their relatives, as well as doctors and hospitals.
Your profile
You have completed training as a nursing specialist at tertiary level (for foreign diplomas, recognition by the Swiss Red Cross is mandatory) and bring experience in a comparable management role in long-term care. If you are already familiar with nursing classification (RAI) and personnel deployment planning with Polypoint PEP, you have the right tools for this role. You impress not only with very good German skills and strong communication skills but also master administrative tasks competently.
