WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Disciplinary and professional leadership of pyrotechnic manufacturing
• Cost centre responsibility and personnel deployment planning
• Responsible for compliance with quality, deadlines and costs
• Enforcement of labour law, safety and environmental protection regulations
• Identifying and implementing process optimisations, rationalisation potentials and improvement measures
• Conducting investigations in case of deviations
• Manufacturing technology consulting and production of functional prototypes
• Ensuring maintenance and servicing of equipment and operating resources
• Technical assessment of operating resources for pyrotechnic manufacturing
• Participation in risk analyses

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

• Technical basic training in chemistry, process engineering, or a comparable qualification, further education at HF or FH level
• Experience in handling explosives and pyrotechnics is an advantage
• Several years of leadership experience
• Ability to break down problems structurally, recognise connections and make fact-based decisions
• Not only developing concepts but also going into production, understanding causes on site and implementing measures
• Taking responsibility for tasks, deadlines and results
• Communicating complex matters simply and understandably to employees, managers and other departments
• Critically questioning existing processes and developing new perspectives and solutions
• Setting ambitious goals and pursuing them consistently
• Confident use of MS Office, very good German and English skills

WHAT WE OFFER YOU

• 40-hour week (plus 1 hour catch-up time for bridge days)
• 5 - 6 weeks holiday depending on age
• 100% continued salary payment in case of illness up to max. 730 days
