Fullstack Web Developer 50-80%

As the in-house marketing and advertising agency of the Knecht Group, we are responsible for the development and implementation of communication strategies for a variety of brands in the areas of travel, passenger transport, freight transport, and healthcare. Our team consists of creative minds and experts who work closely with our internal clients to develop tailored solutions that meet their specific needs and goals.

You develop and optimize modern web apps and websites using PHP, Laravel, Tailwind, and JavaScript. You actively participate in internal digitization projects and contribute your own ideas. Additionally, you design or coordinate UX/UI solutions, fix bugs, and continuously improve existing applications. You take on technical coordination and act as an interface to external agencies and partners. In close collaboration with the teams, you ensure smooth processes.

• Completed training as a Mediamatiker EFZ or IT specialist EFZ (application development) and ideally further education in business informatics or application development (HF/FH) or alternatively comparable practical experience in web development
• Very good knowledge of PHP and the Laravel framework
• Experience in developing modern web applications
• Experience with UX/UI as well as a good eye for appealing, user-friendly design or willingness to act as a coordination point for UX/UI freelancers
• Enjoy working in an agency environment and with people from various professional groups
• Structured, independent working style and hands-on mentality
• Confident communication in German and English
