Job Summary:

For the Supply Chain Management area, we are looking for an enthusiastic and committed personality who wants to gain first professional experience in a dynamic and international environment of a pharmaceutical company as part of the HMS internship.

During the internship, you will work side by side with our Distribution CH, support our customers and partners in Switzerland, and thus contribute to the company's success.

Your tasks:

Administrative processing of orders

Handling complaints and customer returns

Master data maintenance in SAP

Regular collection of statistics

Handling smaller projects

Support with inventory and possible batch recalls

Administrative support of the distribution and marketing department

Co-responsible for reception and telephone service

Your profile:

Graduate of the business or commercial middle school with graduation in 2027

Interest in working in an international environment

Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form, good French skills are an advantage

Reliable and independent working style

Team player, customer- and service-oriented

Quick comprehension, high willingness to learn and perform

Enjoyment in customer support
