Senior System Engineer Microsoft 365/Collaboration

About the job

To strengthen our Collaboration team, we are looking for a System Engineer with experience in the Microsoft 365 environment (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online and EntraID). You will contribute to making our customers' digital collaboration stable, secure and future-proof, and actively bring your expertise into operations, projects and the further development of modern collaboration solutions.

Your Tasks

• Implementation of modern collaboration solutions around Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online, from requirements analysis to successful implementation.
• Design modern Microsoft 365 environments with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Loop, Planner as well as appropriate information architectures, permission and governance concepts together with our customers.
• Successfully carry out SharePoint migrations and seamlessly transfer content, structures and permissions into the Microsoft 365 environment.
• Support Exchange Online projects, from migrations and configurations to operations and further development.
• Drive modern communication forward and implement Teams telephony projects for connected collaboration.
• Work on equal footing with customers and internal teams and contribute your expertise to projects, managed services and operations.

Your Profile

• You bring at least 5 years of practical experience in the Microsoft 365 environment and have already accompanied projects from conception through migration to successful implementation.
• Completed IT training/continuing education (HF, FH or similar).
• Microsoft 365 telephony and Teams, governance, permission concepts, collaboration structures and lifecycle management are among your specialities.
• You enjoy advising our customers and accompany them with your expertise on the path to the modern digital working world.
• A solution-oriented mindset, ownership mentality and an independent working style characterise you.
• Ideally, you complement your profile with know-how in the Power Platform, especially Power Automate, Power Apps or Power BI, and recognise potentials for smart automations.
