Human Resources
Location: Köniz
Employment level: 50-60%
Start date: as of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement
What you can achieve with us:
Personnel administration & employee support
Together with the team, you accompany the entire employee lifecycle of our approximately 750 employees in production and prepare the associated HR documents such as employment contracts, references and terminations.
Payroll & social insurance
You assist with payroll preparation and process family allowances as well as other social benefits.
Absences & HR processes
You handle absences such as illness, accident, maternity and military service, ensuring compliance with the collective labour agreement and our internal guidelines.
Consultation & administration
You are the contact person for our supervisors and employees regarding administrative HR questions and support the team at reception and the switchboard.
What you bring with you:
Education & HR experience
You have a commercial basic education (EFZ commercial clerk) or an equivalent qualification. Ideally, you already have experience in human resources and a completed HR certificate.
Working style & personality
You work independently, organised and responsibly, appreciate teamwork and keep an overview even in demanding situations.
Communication & collaboration
You enjoy contact with employees, impress with good manners and can assert yourself clearly and appropriately when necessary.
IT skills & flexibility
You are confident in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams), open to change and bring the necessary flexibility. Whole days, half days or a mix are possible for working days. Around fixed dates such as payroll processing, a temporary adjustment of working days may be necessary; this will be communicated in good time.
