In this versatile and exciting role, you support and relieve our team in the Switchboard area at our customer. You bring administrative experience, are a communicative personality, and enjoy working in a team - then we are looking for you.
Your main tasks:
- Operating the telephone switchboard by answering all calls and forwarding them in multiple languages
- Issuing access authorizations
- Maintaining various statistics
- Processing incoming emails from Helpdesk and Switchboard Service
- Helpdesk for building technical reports, concerns, or complaints
Your profile:
- Experience in this or a similar role
- Very good English skills (at least B2) and additional languages are an advantage
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
- Teamwork skills and flexibility
