About the job
has the mission to welcome people with disabilities in a residential setting. It includes all user services, from admission to the departure of residents, ensuring the creation, maintenance and development of the quality of life of the people welcomed in all their daily non-professional activities by providing them with living spaces adapted to current lifestyles, offering medical and comfort care, proposing daily activities, individual and/or collective, animations and regular or occasional events.

- Support people in managing their daily lives and assist them in their socialisation process.
- Participate in group or individual educational activities, taking into account expressed needs and set objectives.
- Contribute to the supervision, support and stimulation of people in difficulty.
- Foster the link between the accompanied persons, educational teams and other stakeholders.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues in a multidisciplinary approach.
- Carry out simple administrative tasks directly related to educational follow-up (observations, transmissions, reports).
- Respect hygiene, safety and confidentiality rules specific to the institutional framework.
- Be the main contact for one or more beneficiaries and their families.
- Develop, monitor and evaluate the PPI in coordination with the multidisciplinary team.
- Ensure the coherence of educational interventions around the beneficiary.
- Write follow-up documents and transmit relevant information to management and concerned partners.
- You hold a recognised diploma in social education (HES, ES).
- Desired certification: ideally PF.
- You have gained experience, 5 years in this field and are interested in disability.
- Rigor, enthusiasm and a sense of responsibility are among your professional qualities.
- You are comfortable with common IT tools and hold a driving licence.
