About the job
Your new role
In this versatile position, you will perform general police duties and be deployed as an instructor in training and further education. The focus is particularly on the areas of public order service, general tactical technical training, shooting, and personal safety. Your task is to develop appropriate lessons and exercise concepts and then conduct them according to methodological and didactic principles. As an operational trainer, you will also perform public order service deployments, where you will be deployed as a team leader. Furthermore, you have the opportunity to be trained and deployed in various additional functions.
This role is for you if you
- have the federal professional certificate as a police officer and at least two years of professional experience after completing your training.
- ideally already have experience in a comparable role or are willing to further educate yourself in this specialist area.
- can demonstrate very good shooting performance.
- count independence, flexibility, and organisational skills among your strengths.
- have a confident demeanour and a high level of assertiveness.
- are willing to work shift duties and additional duties if required.
- hold Swiss citizenship.
- have an impeccable reputation and for whom confidentiality and reliability are a matter of course.
