QHSE Manager 80-100% (m/f)
Your area of responsibility:
- Implementation of company goals in the QHSE area and formulation of proposals for improvements
- Maintenance, updating and continuous development of the QHSE management system based on existing, optimised and new processes as well as checking effectiveness through internal audits
- Leading and supporting external audits (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, customer audits and other certifications)
- Design and implementation of quality measurement methods and key performance indicator systems (automated and/or manual) as well as creation and maintenance of a meaningful QHSE cockpit including monthly reporting for management
- Training and advising managers and employees on all QHSE-related workplace issues
- Active management, processing and follow-up of internal and external complaints using the QM tool "Improve"
- Identification, evaluation and ongoing updating of binding obligations from laws, standards and other internal and external requirements
- Clarification, development and assurance of requirements in the area of sustainability as well as support in their implementation within the company
Your profile
- Completed vocational training or university degree in the chemical and industrial environment
- Good expertise and practical experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, guidelines and related standards
- Further training in quality management and lean management is an advantage
- Quality-oriented; entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Understanding of the production of chemical products
- Winning personality; service mentality; flair for inspiring people for unpleasant matters; assertiveness
- Languages: German written and spoken, English written and spoken
