• Professional and personnel management of the Spitex team
• Responsibility for ensuring high-quality care and support
• Conducting needs assessments and care planning
• Supporting and coaching staff in daily care activities
• Contact person for clients, relatives, doctors, and external specialist agencies
• Responsibility for accurate service recording and documentation
• Participation in the further development of care quality and internal processes
• Ensuring an economical and efficient organisation of the care sector

Your Profile

• Completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH
• Experience in a leadership role is an advantage
• Experience in Spitex or outpatient care is desirable
• Knowledge of RAI/interRAI HomeCare is an advantage
• Independent, responsible, and structured working style
• High social competence and good communication skills
• Resilient, team-oriented, and flexible personality
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Driving licence category B
