Head of Marketing & Communication (m/f/d) 80–100%
Your Tasks
- Management of the Marketing and Communication department as a central corporate function of the EBL Group with resource, budget, and process control
- Personnel management and further development of the Marketing & Communication team
- Ongoing development of the brand, marketing, and communication strategy of the EBL Group
- Ensuring a consistent, effective internal and external appearance of EBL
- Further development of digital channels including data-based optimizations, automation, and AI
- Ensuring governance, corporate language, brand management as well as standards and guidelines (CI/CD)
- Needs analysis of business areas and prioritization of the marketing/communication portfolio
- Development of marketing and communication concepts for products, services, and initiatives
- Further development of processes, working methods, and tools to increase efficiency, quality, and impact
Your Qualities
- Completed education at master’s level in marketing, communication, business administration, or a comparable field; certification in project management (IPMA/PMP) is an asset
- Proven experience in strategic and operational marketing & communication
- Experience in brand management, corporate communication, and digital channels
- Experience in professional leadership of employees, project teams, or external partners; experience in personnel management is desirable but not mandatory
- Solution-oriented working style and very good understanding of structures, processes, and prioritized portfolio management
- Very good command of German and business fluent English skills; French skills are an advantage
- Proven knowledge in IT systems and marketing tools; knowledge in data-driven management, automation, or AI in marketing is an advantage
