Clerk in Internal Sales (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF81,300 - 97,500Our client is an internationally active Swiss industrial company with its own development and production. The company develops technical solutions for a wide range of applications and stands for quality, innovation and sustainable solutions.
Role:
Do you want to combine your technical expertise with your enthusiasm for customer consulting? As a clerk in internal sales, you will handle demanding customer enquiries, prepare suitable offers and accompany technical projects in close collaboration with various departments.
Responsibilities:
You develop individual offers for technical products, taking into account the respective customer requirements.
You evaluate planning documents and technical specifications and determine suitable product variants and versions.
You accompany selected customer orders and ensure the complete transfer of all relevant information.
You support customers as well as internal sales teams with technical and commercial questions and coordinate necessary clarifications.
You document customer contacts, calculations and project information in the company applications and work closely with the responsible departments.
You contribute to improving existing offer processes and support your team colleagues as needed.
Qualifications:
You have experience in technical customer support or offer preparation and possess knowledge in a technical environment.
You have a technical basic education or a commercial education with corresponding technical professional experience.
You can confidently interpret technical drawings, construction plans and tender documents; an advanced professional or commercial qualification is an advantage.
You have good IT user skills and are familiar with common office and enterprise systems; experience with CRM applications is an advantage.
You have very good German skills and good French skills.
You convince through customer orientation, communication skills and a careful working style, are a team player and open to familiarising yourself with further technical product areas.
