About the job

As a commercial all-rounder, you appreciate both telephone and written contact with our corporate customers (B2B) as well as handling administrative tasks.

YOUR TASKS

• Written and telephone processing and follow-up of customer concerns (e.g. orders, information, quotations as well as simple advice)
• Organisation and coordination of subsequent deliveries and returns
• Active support of the field sales team in the sales process
• Close coordination with internal interfaces as well as external transport service providers
• Professional complaint and damage management
• Maintenance and updating of customer-specific master data

YOUR PROFILE

Ideally, you have a completed commercial training

Do you have experience in internal sales, customer service or support? Perfect!

Languages are your advantage! You can express yourself clearly in German and French at work and in everyday life (B1), additional languages (e.g. English or Italian) are a plus

You are IT-savvy and ideally have experience with ERP systems
