Your tasks include ...
- ensuring a needs-oriented activation and daily life design for our residents together with your team, while also actively participating yourself.
- leading, promoting, and supporting your team professionally and personally in its development.
- further developing the activation and activation therapy offerings, particularly including topics such as dementia, milieu design, and daily life structuring.
- planning and managing personnel deployment and available resources proactively, appropriately, and economically.
- actively shaping interprofessional collaboration with residential areas, other specialist departments, and external partners.
- ensuring the training and supervision of students as well as coordinating and further developing volunteer work.

- have training as a certified activation specialist HF.
- have leadership training at CAS level or comparable further education and already have leadership experience.
- are familiar with long-term care and enjoy actively working with our residents yourself.

The Am Bachgraben Retirement Centre is more than a place to live; it is a home for over 210 residents. With over 320 dedicated employees, we offer not only a wide range of care and support but also specialised assistance for people with dementia and in palliative care. Additionally, we support our residents with acute medical needs and provide holistic and caring care in old age. Our offering is complemented by 85 age-appropriate apartments and numerous services.
