Your daily business:
In this versatile role, you are responsible for the operational and administrative HR processes of our Swiss company. Together with our managers, you accompany the entire employee lifecycle - from entry to exit - and act as a competent contact person for employees and supervisors in all HR matters.
Your varied range of tasks includes payroll processing including social insurance, HR administration, recruiting as well as support in labour law and personnel matters. In addition, you are responsible for internal HR communication, organise employee events and contribute to the further development of our HR processes. You also take responsibility for the commercial apprenticeship supervision.
As the interface to our international HR team, you work closely with HR EMEA and support cross-departmental projects as well as the continuous development of our HR work.
What you bring:
- Commercial basic training
- Further training as an HR specialist with a federal diploma
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable role
- Experience in payroll including social insurance and annual financial statements; knowledge of Abacus is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Swiss labour and social insurance law.
- Good English skills in spoken and written form for communication with HR EMEA and participation in international HR projects.
- Experience in an industrial environment is an advantage.
- You work independently, structured and proactively and like to take responsibility.
- You communicate openly and appreciatively and are a reliable contact person for employees and managers.
- You think beyond your own area of responsibility, recognise connections and implement topics pragmatically and solution-oriented.
- Enjoyment of a versatile generalist role with operational and coordinating tasks.
What we offer you:
A varied and responsible area of work with scope for design and a lot of personal responsibility. You work in a collegial environment with short decision-making paths, where trust, mutual support and collaboration are lived.
- Flexible working hours with a 40-hour week and two days of home office per week at 100% workload
- Single office with height-adjustable desk and modern infrastructure
- Free parking spaces and a bus stop directly in front of the company building
- Camfil covers 70% of pension fund contributions as well as contributions for daily sickness benefits insurance
- Our learning environment "Learning & Growing @Camfil" supports your personal and professional development
- Meaning instead of just a job: With your work, you contribute to clean air and support products that protect people, machines and processes.
