To strengthen our team, we are seeking a committed individual for the position of Senior Project Manager & Business Analyst to the Executive Board (100%).

The Business Project Management department supports the executive management with strategic issues and is responsible for the successful control and implementation of cross-departmental projects and transformations.

YOUR TASKS

• Responsibility for the conception, control and implementation of strategic initiatives and leadership of interdisciplinary project teams.
• Management and end-to-end responsibility for strategic projects and transformations involving relevant stakeholders at all management levels.
• Independent analysis of complex business issues and development of pragmatic, data-driven recommendations for action.
• Support of the executive management in the further development of organisational, operational and control models in the CFO/COO environment.
• Preparation of decision papers, project updates and management presentations for the executive management and board of directors.

PROFILE

• Several years of professional experience in management consulting (ideally financial services) or in a strategic in-house function at a bank, insurance company or regulated financial institution
• Proven experience in leading and implementing cross-departmental transformation, efficiency or growth initiatives with direct impact on corporate strategy
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to prepare complex matters appropriately for executive management and the board of directors
• High implementation strength with proven experience in project and stakeholder management at senior management level
• Solid understanding of bank management, financial management, operating models and regulatory requirements in the CFO/COO environment is an advantage
• Ability to independently structure strategic issues, develop decision bases and derive concrete recommendations for action
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English as well as a confident manner towards internal and external stakeholders.
