Your Tasks
The Pharmaceutical Services department, a great team of around 25 pharmaceutical assistants, logisticians, and pharmacists, jointly supplies inpatient and outpatient patients at 5 different locations with medications. With the planned expansion of ward management, the team of pharmaceutical assistants will be even closer to the patient bedside in the future. In the renovated hospital pharmacy, bright, spacious, and quiet office workplaces await you.
Your area of responsibility:
- At the counter, you are the first point of contact for the wards and responsible for receiving mail orders and providing telephone information
- Inventory management
- You prepare with robot and scanner
- You manage the ward pharmacies, in the future also in the KSA new building "Dreiklang"
- Administrative tasks are also part of your daily routine
- Your individual special tasks are oriented, whenever possible, according to your strengths. With a strong aptitude for IT and master data, development in this direction would be conceivable.
- You participate in the Saturday morning duty rotation
Your Profile
You have completed vocational training as a pharmaceutical assistant and have several years of professional experience. Hospital experience is desirable but not a requirement. You enjoy working in a team and with other professional groups. In addition, you are an open-minded, resilient personality who works precisely and places great value on customer service.
