Social Educator WG D, 80%
The socio-educational-psychiatric model station SOMOSA offers a residential intensive treatment program lasting 6 to 12 months for clients aged 14 to 18 who are experiencing a severe adolescent crisis. The goal of treatment is to stabilize the clients in their personality to the extent that they can cope with the existing supportive or substitutive socialization systems upon discharge.
As a recognized list hospital in the field of child and adolescent psychiatry and as a youth home with a socio-educational mandate, we fulfill both requirements through a long-established intersystemic collaboration in the fields of social pedagogy, nursing, psychotherapy, and work pedagogy.
To complement our team, we are looking for
a Social Educator HFS/FHS/University
80% for the residential group D (female adolescents) starting December 1, 2025, or by agreement
For the implementation of the SOMOSA-specific therapeutic-educational concept, you will work together with colleagues from socio-educational, psychiatric, psychotherapeutic, and work pedagogical fields.

Your area of responsibility
- Case management and key person work over a longer period
- Co-development and implementation of individual treatment plans within the framework of key person work
- Training of everyday, self, and social competencies in group and individual settings
- Design of free time and weekly organization
- Participation in projects and working groups, creating documentation and reporting
- Responsibility for the medication department (as nursing professionals)
What you bring
- Dipl. Social Educator / Social Educator HFS / FHS / University
- Willingness and openness to actively shape the team development process
- Willingness for irregular working hours and on-call sleeping
- Experience in teamwork is desirable
- Driving license category B is desirable
