The A. Soltermann AG Construction Company is a family-run construction business based in Unterkulm. We are regionally rooted and operate nationwide in building construction, civil engineering, and demolition, as well as in transport and recycling. Our workyard is the hub between construction sites, logistics, and operations. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a reliable and hands-on individual.

Responsibilities

• Provision and return of construction site materials and inventory
• Proper storage of backfill and management of the warehouse
• Minor repairs and maintenance of equipment and tools
• Ongoing monitoring of stock levels and reporting of requirements
• Careful recording of all goods received and dispatched
• Ensuring smooth internal information flow
• General support in workyard operations

Qualifications

• Completed apprenticeship as a bricklayer or practical experience in the main construction trade
• Experience in warehouse or store service of a construction company is an advantage
• Technical understanding and willingness to continue learning
• Good knowledge of German
• Forklift licence and driving licence category BE
• Crane operator licence category B is an advantage
