HR Professional 60% (with Payroll Experience)

• Independent management of the entire personnel administration throughout the entire employee lifecycle - from entry to exit
• Creation and maintenance of all personnel-related documents such as employment contracts, references, and correspondence
• Coordination and handling of administrative processes related to social insurance, authorities, and other external bodies
• Competent contact person for employees and managers in all operational HR matters
• Recruitment of suitable specialists in close cooperation with the responsible managers as well as support throughout the entire application process
• Participation in the optimisation of existing HR processes and active support in cross-departmental projects
• Deputising in the payroll area including support with payroll processing and associated administrative tasks

• Several years of professional experience in a broadly based HR function with a generalist scope
• Solid HR training, for example as an HR specialist with a federal certificate, a qualification at HF/FH level, or a comparable qualification
• Good knowledge of payroll administration as well as a solid understanding of the associated HR processes
• Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
• High service orientation and enjoyment in advising and supporting employees and managers
• Communicative, trustworthy personality with a confident and engaging manner
• Independent, precise, and structured working style with a strong sense of responsibility
• Organisational talent, initiative, and enjoyment in actively shaping operational topics
