For our client, an established foundation with a meaningful field of activity and an appreciative working environment, we are looking for an experienced individual from October 2026 as a Payroll Specialist 80 - 100%. The position is to be filled temporarily until March 2027, but an extension into a permanent employment contract is not excluded. Look forward to a varied task where you can independently contribute your expertise and at the same time be part of a committed HR team. 

Your tasks with the new employer:

• You independently conduct two monthly payroll runs for hourly and monthly wages and ensure high data quality as well as correct plausibility checks 
• Processing social security and pension fund notifications is also part of the role 
• You monitor and transmit withholding tax and prepare employer certificates as well as interim service forms 
• Support the HR team with administrative tasks related to employees and participate in the HR year-end closing 

You offer your new employer:

• You have training as an HR assistant and at least three years of professional experience in payroll 
• Experience in payroll accounting and with Abacus is a must 
• You are characterised by a strong affinity for numbers and accuracy and have good knowledge of Swiss labour and social security law 
• An independent and structured way of working is one of your strengths
