Chef Michael Burri and L'HOTEL DE COMMUNE de ROUGEMONT are looking for a talented and motivated Cook to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook hot and cold dishes according to Chef Michael Burri's quality standards.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Comply with current hygiene and food safety standards.
• Contribute to the development of new dishes and menus.
• Manage stocks and ensure proper product preservation.

Qualifications

• Diploma in cooking or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience as a cook in a professional environment.
• Knowledge of culinary techniques and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Team spirit, creativity and passion for gastronomy.
• Fluency in French; knowledge of German or English is an asset.
