Employee Digital Archiving (m/f/d)
from 1 September 2026 or by arrangement
Workload: 80%

What to expect
- You advise and support municipalities in the introduction and use of the digital long-term archive
- You assess, take over and structure digital documents from various specialised procedures
- You contribute to the development, operation and further development of systems for digital long-term archiving
- You advise cantonal file creators on file management issues
- You actively participate in the assessment and safeguarding of data from cantonal file creators
What distinguishes you
- You have a university degree, preferably in archival or information sciences, or a comparable qualification
- You bring proven skills in digital information security
- Ideally, you have already gained professional experience in archiving
- You convince with a structured and analytical way of working
- You work independently, grasp new topics quickly and make well-founded decisions
- You communicate confidently and appropriately for the target audience, both orally and in writing
- You think in a networked way and keep an eye on even complex contexts
