Social Pedagogue / Social Pedagogue or Nursing Specialist HF/FH

Your Tasks

• You support young people in developing a socially acceptable future perspective
• You accompany young people in everyday life and in working with key persons
• You ensure the social pedagogical documentation of the young people
• You design the cooperation with the young people transparently and participatively
• Intensive interdisciplinary collaboration internally and with referring authorities

Your Profile

• You have a degree in social pedagogy / social work (FH/HFS, or with equivalence confirmation)
• You have an initiative and resilient personality
• You seek the challenging clientele of a residential setting (including on-call duty)
• Driving licence category B (passenger car)
