• Participation in strategic and medical projects of the Medical Directorate with own project responsibility
• Analysis of medical, qualitative and operational data to support well-founded leadership and management decisions
• Involvement in the development of new care models, quality initiatives and cross-organisational processes
• Support of the Medical Directorate in strategic issues, presentations, reports and decision-making bases
• Collaboration with medicine, nursing, administration and other interdisciplinary partners
• Shaping leadership, governance and decision-making processes of a large hospital

What you bring with you

• Medical degree, degree in business administration, economics or a similar field
• Professional experience in a hospital and knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system advantageous
• Interest in leadership, strategy, quality development and hospital management
• Analytical thinking skills and enjoyment in dealing with data and complex issues
• Structured and independent working style as well as strong communication and teamwork skills
• High initiative, curiosity and willingness to take responsibility
