Warehouse Logistics Employee
Background:

services for all employees is a central concern. We meet the different demands with expertise and ensure operational relief, effective use of existing assets, and compliant procedures.
Logistic Solutions takes care of goods and shipments that arrive on site, are stored and distributed here, or leave the location. As a Warehouse Operational Services employee in Basel, you are responsible for the operational processes in the logistics centre Building 41. Tasks include handling export orders, destructions, and portioning of various products.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the correct operational handling of processes (warehouse management / goods receipt /
goods issue) in compliance with regulatory requirements (GMP, hazardous goods, etc.) - Execution of goods receipt and goods issue
- Checking materials for correct quantity, material, and batch number
- Packing and handling of GMP, hazardous goods, cooled, and frozen shipments for goods issue
- Proactive involvement in process optimisations and quality improvements
- Supporting supervisors in optimising workflows, audits, and
- inspections and updating SOPs
- Participation in projects
- Assistance with maintenance, identification, and resolution of malfunctions
- Booking shipments in various SAP systems
- Conducting inventory
Must Haves:
- Completed vocational training as a logistics specialist EFZ
- At least 5 years of professional experience in logistics, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector
- Proven experience in the GMP / GDP area
- Very good PC skills (SAP, Office, and other application programmes)
- Completed forklift truck driving licence
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written, B2 level
- Good business understanding, service-oriented, and highly flexible
- High level of structured and independent working style
- High level of customer orientation and professional, proactive interaction with all stakeholders
- Structured, focused, and organised working style, assertiveness, motivated, able to work independently and under pressure

- Training in hazardous goods
