Architect (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF120,000 - 125,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced individual as Project Manager Architecture ETH/FH for the holistic management of demanding building construction projects. You will be responsible for projects across the SIA phases 21-53 and combine architectural design aspirations with professional project management and competent client consulting. In addition to design, planning and specialist planner coordination, you will take on a central role in project decisions, official procedures and early risk management. The position also offers the opportunity to contribute to the professional and entrepreneurial development of an established architectural firm.
Responsibilities:
Independent management and control of demanding architectural projects across the SIA phases 21-53
Development and further elaboration of concepts, designs and architectural solutions up to execution readiness
Ensuring architectural, structural and planning quality throughout the entire project duration
Leadership and coordination of specialist planners, experts, contractors and other project participants
Professional consulting and representation of the client on planning, technical and project strategic issues
Responsibility for planning schedule, cost and quality control as well as early identification of deviations
Preparation of variants, decision bases and risk analyses for clients and internal project decisions
Representation of projects towards authorities and other stakeholders as well as support in approval procedures
Management of interfaces between design, specialist planning, execution planning and realisation
Ensuring the application of relevant SIA standards, Swiss building regulations and planning bases
Participation in architecture competitions, study commissions and project acquisitions
Contribution to the further development of planning processes, quality standards and internal structures
Qualifications:
Completed architecture degree ETH or FH
Several years of professional experience in Switzerland with proven responsibility for demanding architecture and building construction projects
Sound knowledge of SIA phases 21-53, Swiss planning processes, building standards and approval procedures
Experience in overall project management as well as leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary planning teams
Sound knowledge in design, project planning, execution planning as well as cost, schedule and quality control
Experience in client consulting and authority coordination
Very good German language skills spoken and written
