Head of E-Business & Loyalty Platforms

Responsibilities

Leadership and further development of the Customer Processes division with the teams E-Commerce, Internet/Intranet and CRM/Projects with around 45 employees
Overall responsibility for the strategic and operational development of customer-oriented IT solutions, platforms and processes
Responsibility for project portfolio, prioritisation, budget as well as management of complex projects regarding deadlines, quality, functionality and costs
Further development of central digital platforms of the Coop Group in the areas of E-Commerce, CRM/Loyalty and Content Management
Management of the solution architecture focusing on scalable, modular and sustainable systems as well as ensuring collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Participation in strategic committees and active development of agile working methods

Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification, ideally with further training in IT management
Several years of leadership and management experience in an IT or digitally oriented organisation
Extensive experience in IT project, portfolio and stakeholder management
Very good knowledge of E-Commerce, CRM, web and CMS-related system landscapes
Experience in architecture topics, interface management and cross-departmental collaboration
Strong social skills, confident appearance as well as a structured and solution-oriented working style
High resilience, decisiveness and very good understanding of the business impact of technological and organisational decisions
