The Lung League Aargau is a health organisation and the competence and advisory centre for the lungs and breathing in the canton of Aargau. As a non-profit organisation, we have been committed since 1909 with over 70 employees to improving the quality of life for people with lung and respiratory diseases as well as to health promotion & prevention for people with healthy lungs.

Head of Nursing Integrated Consultation
Member of the Executive Board (80 - 100%)

How you can contribute

• Main responsibility for our homecare services, direct management of three team leaders and indirect management of around 30 employees
• Responsibility for the high-quality care of patients as well as tariff-compliant billing of services
• Strategic and operational further development of the area. Initiating and implementing change processes.
• Co-responsibility for the future-oriented, implementation-strong and economical actions of the Lung League Aargau as a member of the executive board.
• Design, control and successful implementation of projects within the Lung League Aargau as well as participation in overarching projects of the Lung League Switzerland.
• Relationship management, coordination and networking activities with doctors, authorities and health organisations. Representing the interests of the Lung League Aargau in negotiations with manufacturers and suppliers.
• Ensuring and further developing quality and safety (quality contracts, Spitex audits, safety officers)

What excites us about you

• Qualified nurse HF/FH, preferably with experience in pneumology and/or IMC/intensive care
• Several years of experience in a comparable role in healthcare (e.g. nursing service management PDL, nursing expert)
• Structured and independent working style on operational, strategic and business management levels
• Openness to developments in healthcare and tariff systems as well as e-health
• Winning, communicative and confident negotiator with high social competence, resilience and experience in stakeholder management
