To complement our committed and versatile Legal team in the Enforcement department, we are creating a new position and are looking for a Legal Specialist 80-100% for the Bern / Wittigkofen location starting immediately or by arrangement.

What you will do
In this role, you will support the department with a variety of legal questions arising in the context of the enforcement of collective labour agreements and the correct implementation of enforcement activities. You will draft resolutions, statements and appeals, handle fundamental issues and support our team with diverse legal questions. Furthermore, depending on requirements, you will also deal with topics from related areas of law.
What you bring
- You have a legal education, ideally complemented by knowledge in (collective) labour law and social security law.
- You have a quick grasp, work precisely and independently, and are interested in various legal issues in the area of collective labour agreements as well as in several other legal fields.
- You enjoy analysing legal questions and drafting well-founded, well-reasoned resolutions.
- You are a versatile, interested and committed personality. You can set priorities and handle different stakeholders with confidence.
- You have impeccable German language skills at a native level and ideally knowledge of another national language.
