The Administrative Court as an organisational division of the Superior Court adjudicates a wide variety of disputes in administrative matters as the final cantonal instance. For the Administrative Court we are seeking a Court Clerk, 60-100% at the Solothurn location from 01.01.2027 or by agreement.
Your responsibilities
- Your main task is to process written procedures and prepare draft judgments for the judges.
- At oral hearings, you take the minutes, participate in the judgment consultation with an advisory vote, and process this into a reasoned judgment.
- You will gain an in-depth and exciting insight into the judicial activities of a second instance.
- In a young and motivated team, you help shape the judiciary. We offer you flexible work arrangements and time management.
Your profile
- You have completed legal training at a Swiss university and have experience in administrative law, preferably in construction and planning law and/or in the court sector.
- The lawyer’s licence is desirable but not a requirement.
- You have good IT skills and enjoy working independently.
- An efficient working style, confident German language skills, as well as resilience and teamwork complete your profile.
