Your tasks with the new employer

• You are responsible for the strategic further development of personnel development and design modern training and continuing education offers
• You lead the specialist for vocational training as well as two interns and take overall responsibility for vocational training as well as deputising in this area
• Continuous further development of HR development tools such as learning management, education management, and digital HR solutions
• You manage exciting HR projects and change processes from conception to successful implementation
• Support managers and HR specialists with development issues and build sustainable succession planning

You offer your new employer

• An HR further education at the specialist certificate level or a comparable qualification forms the ideal basis for this responsible task
• You already bring several years of experience in personnel development, education management, and vocational training as well as practical experience in HR projects
• Sound HR knowledge, very good IT user skills, and interest in digital HR tools complement your very good German and French skills
• You appreciate working at various locations and bring a driving licence for travel activities
• You combine initiative, assertiveness, and conceptual thinking with a pragmatic, solution-oriented working style
