We are looking for

Junior Cook starting immediately or by arrangement commihalle.ch

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for the recipe-accurate production of dishes while adhering to hygiene regulations at your own station
• Co-responsible for the smooth operation of the kitchen
• Compliance with HACCP hygiene regulations
• Goods receipt inspection
• Daily mise en place work for the stations

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a cook or equivalent experience
• Enjoyment of Mediterranean cuisine
• Good knowledge of the Italian language is an advantage
