With us, you are the central hub between sales, customers, warehouse, and assembly teams – ensuring daily that our high-quality furnishing solutions arrive reliably and on time at our customers. Your workplace is located in our logistics centre in Dietikon.

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the scheduling and route planning of our deliveries and assembly teams for wohnbedarf Zurich and Basel
• Coordination and deadline monitoring of deliveries, assemblies, and service orders for private and business customers
• Telephone and written support of our customers
• Support of the Logistics & Service Centre management in administrative and organisational daily business
• Interface between sales, logistics, customer service, and external partners
• Support with after-sales enquiries and complaints
• Participation in the organisation and execution of large projects
• Maintenance of master data as well as administrative tasks in the ERP system
• General support in the daily business of the service centre
• Deputising in the goods receipt area during absences

Your profile

• Commercial or logistical basic training
• Experience in a comparable administrative or dispatch function is an advantage
• Organisational talent as well as a structured and independent working style
• You keep an overview even in hectic situations and coordinate our warehouse and assembly team confidently and with sensitivity
• High customer and service orientation
• Flexible, resilient, and team-oriented personality
• Good MS Office and ERP knowledge
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are a plus
• Interest in design, furnishing, and a dynamic working environment
