Payroll / Personnel Administration Clerk

Your tasks – varied and responsible

In this versatile role, you will take responsibility for payroll accounting and support our HR department in administrative matters. Your main tasks include:

• Independent processing of payroll for monthly and hourly wage earners of all companies
• Preparation of payroll closing/pay slips and submission of payroll reports (ELM) for all companies
• Submission of withholding tax returns (ELM)
• Accident/illness notifications via Sunet (except players ZSC & GCK)
• Quarterly collection of payroll deductions (tickets, materials, telephone, internet, fines, electricity, etc.)
• Preparation of agreements/contracts for players and staff of Lions Women and Youth
• Various administrative tasks/support in the HR area (monthly processing of time records, entries/exits, etc.)
• Support in various HR projects such as trial days, future day, etc.
• Interface to the Finance team (reconciliation of premium accounts for employee insurance)

What you bring with you

• Completed commercial basic training
• At least two years of professional experience in payroll or payroll accounting
• Further training in payroll is an advantage
• Precise, structured and independent working style
• High sense of responsibility as well as absolute discretion and confidentiality
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
• English skills are an advantage
