For a long-term project in the financial sector, we are looking for an experienced individual as a Senior ServiceNow Developer with in-depth knowledge in the areas of GRC, IRM, BCM and/or TPRM.

Job description:

• Analysis, design and further development of existing ServiceNow applications in the field of Operational Risk Management
• Technical implementation of new requirements on the ServiceNow platform
• Implementation, testing, deployment and ongoing operation of the applications
• Further development of solutions in the areas of GRC, IRM, BCM and TPRM
• Close collaboration with internal departments as well as other developers
• Participation in an agile, internationally positioned development team

About the customer:

In this role, you will work on the further development and operation of business-critical applications in the area of Operational Risk Management. You will take on technical responsibility throughout the entire development process and contribute your ServiceNow expertise in a well-coordinated, agile team.

Framework conditions

Start: July 2026 or by arrangement

Duration: until the end of June 2027, 12-month contract

Workload: 100%

Location: Zurich / hybrid working model

Requirements:

• Several years of experience in technical development on the ServiceNow platform
• In-depth knowledge in at least one of the modules GRC, IRM, BCM or TPRM
• Experience with analysis, design, implementation, testing and deployment of ServiceNow applications
• Interest in Risk Management, Governance or Operational Risk
• Technical, analytical or scientific university degree
• Structured, solution-oriented working style and strong team skills
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
