Employee for our call centre (taxi control centre) 40 – 60 %

For our 24-hour call centre (taxi control centre) we are looking for employees who can work during the day as well as at night and on weekends and public holidays (3 shifts).

Your tasks

• Customer service by telephone and e-mail
• Accurate and efficient processing of orders
• Maintenance and upkeep of our operational dispatch system

Further tasks

• Planning and allocation of drivers to the available vehicles
• Administrative work, processing of e-mails in the call centre
• Planning and preparation of regular and repeated transports
• Planning and coordination of school trips

Your profile

• You speak Swiss German.
• Oral French and English skills are an advantage.
• You have experience working at telephone centres (preferably call centres or similar).
• You have good knowledge of the city and local area.
• You are available during the day and at night.
• You keep an overview in hectic moments.
• Flexible work attitude, good PC skills (Excel/Word/Outlook).
