About the job

Your tasks 

• Planning daily routes and assignments in compliance with legal regulations (driving and working hours) 

• Continuous optimisation of routes and maintenance of master and route data 

• Managing daily operations for deliveries and collections 

• Printing, distributing and archiving delivery notes and tachograph data 

• Coordination and organisation of the vehicle fleet 

• Invoice verification for fleet-related expenses 

• Procurement and provision of driver-relevant documents 

• Supporting complaint management with corrective and preventive measures 

• Organisation and deployment planning of personnel for the setup and dismantling of our event materials 

Your area of responsibility 

• Independent coordination of work to ensure smooth processing of rental orders 

• Assignment of tasks to drivers 

• Commissioning of freight forwarders as well as repair and maintenance measures for the vehicle fleet 

Your profile 

• Completed commercial training 

• Experience in a comparable position or in a logistics environment 

• Structured, independent and responsible way of working 

• Confident use of common IT programmes 

• Team-oriented, communicative and solution-focused 

• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
