Technical Product Manager (all) 80-100%

You are passionate about...

• the responsibility for the product vision, strategy, and roadmap of your technical products, including investment decisions and measurable goals for usage, customer benefit, and profitability

• Product Discovery in direct exchange with customers, users, and partners: understanding relevant problems, recognising market needs, testing hypotheses, and combining customer feedback with data for well-founded product decisions

• setting clear priorities across divisions and project boundaries: weighing opportunities, effort, risks, and dependencies and consciously deciding which initiatives to pursue, postpone, or terminate

• collaborating with software engineers and architects to assess technical options and align customer benefit, security, scalability, and long-term maintainability

• dialogue with customers, strategic partners, and senior management: clearly communicating product strategy and technical contexts, revealing goal conflicts, and reaching sustainable decisions

• the successful introduction and further development of your products: shaping positioning, value propositions, and market launch together with sales and other teams and learning from actual usage

You inspire us...

• with several years of experience in product management of technically demanding software or platform products. You have been responsible for product strategies and roadmaps yourself and can demonstrate through concrete decisions how you have influenced product success

• with a completed degree in computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering, or a comparable technical or technical-economic field. You understand system architectures, interfaces, and technical dependencies deeply enough to question solution approaches and assess their consequences for the product

• with practical experience in product discovery and your judgement in conflicting requirements and limited resources. You provide orientation, make well-founded decisions even with incomplete information, and adjust your course when new insights require it

• with confident, audience-appropriate communication in technical detail as well as with senior management, C-level, customers, and strategic partners. You represent a clear position, listen, and gain support across team boundaries
• with negotiation-level German at C1 and English skills at least at B2 level

• ideally with knowledge in trust and security, for example identity & access management, PKI/certificates, or zero trust
