Team Leader Purchasing 100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Technical and personnel management of the operational purchasing team.
Monitoring material supply for production and trade goods.
Analysis of inventory developments, open orders and delivery deviations.
Coordination of measures in case of bottlenecks and delayed deliveries.
Implementation of the requirements from strategic procurement management.
Evaluation and further development of purchasing key figures.
Coordination with production planning, logistics, quality and product management.
Supplier management as well as participation in cross-functional supply chain projects.
Qualifications:
Completed technical or commercial apprenticeship, supplemented by further training in purchasing or supply chain.
Several years of experience in operational procurement in an industrial company.
Experience in leading or professionally supporting employees.
Sound knowledge in scheduling, material planning and inventory management.
Good analytical skills as well as a systematic and independent working style.
Strong communication skills and assertiveness in dealing with internal and external contacts.
Good MS Office skills as well as solid SAP-MM experience.
Very good German and good English skills; knowledge of Italian is an advantage.
